Embrace the path to wellness and high performance by harnessing the power of your breath.
Haley’s approach to breathwork is rooted in her belief that the breath has the power to recalibrate our inner compass, better preparing us for periods of mental, emotional and physical stress. She came to the practice during a time of personal and professional uncertainty. After one week of daily breathwork practice, her anxiety began to subside, and she found that conscious breathing exercises silenced her brain long enough to start making sense of the busy thoughts whirring around in her head. This “de-frag” process made her psychotherapy sessions infinitely more impactful, and she began to relearn how to find joy in the present moment and started looking forward to the future.
Having experienced the therapeutic benefits of breathwork firsthand, Haley is honored to help others discover the amazing transformational powers of this practice. She is committed to meeting all clients where they’re at, approaching the breath as a therapeutic tool to train, rather than an obstacle to overcome. She is a firm believer in partnering with mental health professionals, as clients often benefit from combining somatic approaches, such as breathwork, with talk therapy. As a former competitive swimmer and avid water sports athlete who has spent more than half her career working for a major financial services firm, she is uniquely positioned to work with all populations, ranging from athletes and corporate clients to those looking for ways to cope with the stresses of daily living.
Haley is a certified SOMA Breath Instructor and is trained in trauma-informed care. She is currently pursuing her SOMA Breath Advanced Instructor certification, which focuses on the art of Neurosomatic Programming (NSP), a powerful transformational meditation technique that emphasizes the breath as a bridge between the body and the brain.
In her spare time, Haley can be found on the water, going for long paddles on her SUP board, running the slalom water ski course and wing foiling. A trained opera singer, Haley also enjoys attending concerts and producing her own music (some pieces may even appear in her sessions!).
